Your Role:

At instacar, we are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Procurement Associate to join our Operations team.

This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage procurement processes, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to contribute significantly to the operational, commercial, and financial performance of the fleet.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, oversee procurement activities, maintain accurate fleet and pricing data, and support pricing operations and defleet processes, always ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth cross-functional coordination.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Procurement Supervisor to manage and coordinate the full procurement process.
• Communicate daily with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate pipeline tracking.
• Maintain and manage fleet operational, commercial, and financial data with high accuracy.
• Improve internal processes and keep fleet documentation organized and up to date.
• Ensure smooth information flow between different departments and stakeholders.
• Track fleet performance and identify opportunities for pricing optimization or vehicle defleeting.
• Assist with pricing operations by preparing and managing defleet pricing proposals.
• Update and maintain company data in internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive supplier/stakeholder relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially for reporting and analysis.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
