Job Title: Procurement Assistant Admin

Job Type: Temporary, full time, onsite
Compensation: $21-$23 per hour
In this role, you will work directly with Buyers, (warehouses, vendors, and internal teams) to help process purchase orders, track orders, and follow up on day-to-day requests. You’ll gain exposure to how purchasing and operations function in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Essential Job Functions
· Enter and maintain purchase orders, and vendor information in company systems
· Update and verify pricing, and product details for accuracy
· Maintain organized electronic and physical files related to purchasing and supply chain activities
· Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make corrections as needed
· Assist with tracking shipments, deliveries, and order statuses
· Generate reports related to purchasing activity, inventory levels, and order history
· Support the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks and document preparation
· Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update required information
· Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
· Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
· Experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory systems
· Familiarity with ERP, SAP systems or procurement software Suti, GP
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based. The role involves frequent interaction with vendors, internal stakeholders, and management. The Buyer must be comfortable working independently on complex projects while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. Some flexibility in working hours may be necessary to communicate with vendors or address urgent procurement needs.
