Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement and Vendor Manager to oversee supplier relationships, purchasing processes, and contract coordination across the business. This role is suited to a commercially focused professional who can improve procurement discipline, manage supplier performance, and support cost control without slowing down business operations. You will work closely with finance, legal, operations, IT, and leadership teams to create a more structured and transparent procurement function.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes across the business, ensuring purchases are approved, documented, competitive, and aligned with internal policies
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships across facilities, technology, professional services, administration, and operational support categories
- Negotiate supplier agreements, commercial terms, pricing, renewals, and service-level expectations
- Partner with legal and finance teams to review contracts, manage approvals, and ensure proper invoice alignment
- Track supplier performance, contract dates, renewal cycles, spend patterns, and service issues
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, consolidate vendors, and improve purchasing efficiency
- Develop procurement procedures, templates, vendor evaluation tools, and reporting dashboard
- Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, compliance checks, and risk assessments
- Prepare procurement reports and recommendations for leadership review
- Ensure procurement activity supports governance, budget control, and business continuity requirements
Responsabilités principales

- Développer et maintenir les relations fournisseurs dans les catégories services généraux, technologie, services professionnels, administration et support opérationnel
- Négocier les contrats fournisseurs, les conditions commerciales, les prix, les renouvellements et les niveaux de service attendus
- Collaborer avec les équipes juridique et finance pour examiner les contrats, gérer les validations et assurer l’alignement avec les factures
- Suivre la performance des fournisseurs, les échéances contractuelles, les cycles de renouvellement, les dépenses et les problèmes de service
- Identifier les opportunités de réduction des coûts, de consolidation des fournisseurs et d’amélioration de l’efficacité des achats
- Développer les procédures achats, les modèles de documents, les outils d’évaluation fournisseurs et les tableaux de bord
- Soutenir l’intégration des fournisseurs, les vérifications préalables, les contrôles de conformité et les évaluations de risques
- Préparer des rapports achats et des recommandations pour la direction
- Garantir que les activités achats soutiennent la gouvernance, le contrôle budgétaire et la continuité des opérations
Requirements
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
- Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
- Strong experience in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, or contract coordination
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor performance
- Good understanding of purchasing controls, approval workflows, and budget tracking
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance cost, quality, risk, and service delivery
- Confident working with finance, legal, operations, and senior stakeholders
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, procurement tools, or contract tracking platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated, professional services, financial services, or international business environment
- Knowledge of third-party risk management and supplier due diligence processes
- Experience managing indirect procurement categories
- Familiarity with ERP procurement modules or purchase order systems
- Professional procurement certification advantageous
Exigences

- Solide expérience en achats, gestion fournisseurs, sourcing ou coordination contractuelle
- Expérience dans la négociation de contrats fournisseurs et la gestion de la performance prestataire
- Bonne compréhension des contrôles achats, des flux de validation et du suivi budgétaire
- Solide jugement commercial, avec la capacité d’équilibrer coût, qualité, risque et service
- Aisance dans la collaboration avec les équipes finance, juridique, opérations et les parties prenantes seniors
- Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, des ERP, des outils achats ou des plateformes de suivi contractuel
Qualifications souhaitées
- Expérience dans un environnement réglementé, services professionnels, services financiers ou international
- Connaissance de la gestion des risques liés aux tiers et des processus de vérification fournisseurs
- Expérience dans la gestion des achats indirects
- Familiarité avec les modules achats d’ERP ou les systèmes de bons de commande
- Certification professionnelle en achats appréciée
Benefits
- Base Salary: €55,000 to €80,000 gross per annum, commensurate with experience
- Leave: 25 days paid annual leave in line with French statutory entitlements, plus RTT days applicable to the role
