Procurement and Supply Assistant – Level 3 Apprenticeship

Entry Requirements:

  • GCSEs at Grade 5 or above in Maths and English
  • Must be aged 18 or over when you start the apprenticeship
  • An interest in working in an administrative, procurement, supply chain, or customer service role
  • Strong IT skills and confidence working with spreadsheets, databases, and communicating via email
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer focused.

Duration of Apprenticeship: 18 months
Possible Start Date: September 2025


Brief Description:
Mike Morgan Electrical Services (MMES) are looking for an organised and proactive Procurement and Supply Assistant to support its busy procurement function. In this role, you will help source goods and services, raise purchase orders, maintain supplier records, and ensure the timely delivery of materials needed across the organisation.
