  • Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of procurement frameworks, policies, governance controls and processes.
  • Provide organisation-wide procurement, supplier governance and contract management expertise to support informed decision-making.
  • Establish and manage procurement planning, intake, approval and reporting processes, including supporting templates, guidance and governance documentation.
  • Develop and oversee supplier due diligence, onboarding, offboarding, sourcing, evaluation and supplier management processes.
  • Build organisational procurement capability through stakeholder engagement, training, coaching, change management, continuous improvement and reporting of procurement insights and recommendations.

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business or a related discipline, and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management, supplier governance, and procurement framework implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle management, supplier due diligence, contract governance and risk management principles.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build cross-functional partnerships and manage complex projects and organisational change initiatives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with supplier, contract or governance management systems, coupled with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

Desirable:

  •  Experience implementing procurement governance within a not-for-profit, government or highly regulated environment.
