Main Objective

  • This role supports the R2P function by delivering standardized reporting, analytics, and performance insights across global markets. The role is responsible for executing reporting processes, maintaining KPI dashboards and productivity numbers, and enabling data-driven decision-making related to adoption, compliance, service quality, and operational performance.

Purpose

  • Execute global R2P reporting and analytics activities aligned to standardized KPI frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate, consistent, and timely dashboards and reporting outputs.
  • Support insight generation to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across R2P operations.
  • Partner with regional teams to validate data inputs and ensure reporting reflects operational reality.
  • Track global productivity across R2P


Responsibilities

Scope

Global R2P reporting and analytics across all markets.

Reporting & Dashboard Execution

  • Execute standardized R2P reporting by producing recurring dashboards and reports covering adoption, compliance, cycle time, backlog, service quality, and operational performance. (Executes; Informed)
  • Maintain reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness by validating data inputs and reconciling discrepancies with regional teams. (Executes)
  • Support enhancements to dashboards and reports based on evolving business needs and leadership priorities. (Executes; Consulted)

Value realizing and productivity

  • Analyze productivity and Savings to support POC leads with Value realization goals
  • Collaborate with all regions and sector stakeholders to proactively align and maintain productivity across all operations within R2P

Data Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Support data quality checks by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data across reporting inputs. (Executes)
  • Support harmonization of data sources across R2P processes and systems for wholistic end-to-end operational data
  • Partner with Data, IT, and regional R2P teams to resolve reporting issues and improve data reliability. (Consulted)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by highlighting reporting inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or standardization. (Executes / Consulted)


Qualifications

  • 7-9 years if experience in reporting, analytics, performance management with procurement spend data
  • Strong expertise in PowerBI and visualization engines is a must
  • Experience in working with big data
  • Procurement KPI tracking in a global or multi-regional environment
  • Exposure to ERP or Source-to-Pay systems (e.g., SAP) for data extraction, analysis and metrics exposure
