We are looking for a Procurement Analyst II.

What will you do?

As a Procurement Analyst II, you will play a critical role in supporting our Category Managers and PBU Buyers in executing effective procurement strategies. By mastering procurement processes and tools, streamlining RFQs, and conducting insightful analyses, you will drive value and efficiency in our procurement operations while setting a solid foundation for your career growth in procurement.

How will you do it?

  • Collaborate with Category Managers to configure and execute eRFQ and eAuction events, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  • Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost reduction through standardization and simplification initiatives.
  • Support Market Intelligence activities by collecting and synthesizing relevant data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date procurement contracts using our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions to enhance procurement workflows.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across teams to foster collaboration and alignment towards common objectives.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least two years of experience in procurement or a related analytical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools; experience with Ariba or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
