Key Responsibilities
- Apply procurement naming conventions and metadata standards to strengthen data governance and consistency.
- • Ensure procurement records—including contracts, POs, supplier information, and security assessments—are complete, accurate, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
- • Assist with contract and security assessment renewals; work with business partners to support timely procurement requests and Lead Time performance goals.
- • Troubleshoot procurement systems and processes, serving as a helpful point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- • Manage and update Supply Management’s intranet content with clear, user‑friendly guidance, FAQs, how‑to materials, and training resources.
- • Validate and verify procurement records generated manually or through AI‑assisted tools.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, documentation clean‑up, data clean‑up, and system optimization.
- • Support broader departmental and Finance initiatives such as purchasing‑process conversion projects and exploration of AI use cases in alignment with Finance’s digital roadmap.
- • Complete all other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- • One to three years of experience in procurement, supply management, purchasing, contract administration, business operations, or related fields (required).
- • Experience with procurement systems and data management (preferred).
- • Energy industry experience (preferred).
- • • Strong M365 capabilities, including:
- – Excel: Filters, pivot tables, formulas, data validation
- – Word and PowerPoint: Documentation and simple presentations
- – Outlook & Teams: Professional communication and collaboration
- – SharePoint & Stream: Content management and light training video creation
- • High accuracy in data entry, document management, and version control.
- • Ability to generate simple reports and interpret basic metrics.
- • Comfort adapting to new digital tools, including AI‑assisted automation.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $62,000-$87,000USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
