Ayvens Mexico is hiring a Procurement Analyst, who will be r esponsible for implementing and

managing the strategy defined by the Category Manager for the Maintenance and Tires categories.

Responsible for expanding coverage, managing and strengthening relationships with assigned suppliers, and negotiating, renewing, and finalizing contracts that ensure competitive terms and compliance with internal policies.

Responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of the category by supervising the performance of assigned suppliers, properly executing due diligence (KYS), and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as mediating and resolving operational issues to ensure optimal service levels; also contributes to resource optimization by identifying opportunities for improvement in commercial terms, coverage, and operational efficiency.

Scope & Responsibilities

• Identify areas without service workshops coverage and source suppliers to broaden our network.

• Negotiate price, payment terms and rebate, ensuring any cost efficiency opportunities are captured.

• Manage the assigned supplier portfolio (update contacts, addresses, training and conflict resolution).

• Engage with suppliers on performance review meetings to drive NPS and operational optimization.

• Design and implement improvement plans for key assigned suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls in the procurement area.

• Promote best practices across the supplier network.

• Work closely with Operation and Commercial teams.
