Main Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of procurement activities across indirect spend categories, including funds and corporate services. Real estate supplier sourcing experience would be advantageous

• Assist in running sourcing processes, from initial analysis through to supplier selection and contracting

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Help manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and value delivery

• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions

• Support supplier onboarding and due diligence processes in line with compliance and regulatory requirements

• Contribute to the implementation of procurement policies, processes, and best practices

• Track and report savings, spend data, and procurement activity

• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on pricing structures and contract execution

• Assist in identifying opportunities to consolidate spend and drive efficiencies across the business

• Support project tracking, reporting, and internal communication of procurement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role

• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver results

• Eagerness to learn and develop procurement and commercial skills

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

• Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools)

• Fluent English and Spanish

• Portuguese is a plus
