Procurement Analyst
As a Procurement Analyst, you will be the strategic link between our engineering, operations, finance, and business leadership. You will leverage data analytics and total cost modeling to optimize our inventory, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure our production lines never miss a beat. We are looking for a technical procurement professional with a deep understanding of Aluminum castings, plastic injection molding along with tool life expectancy, who has a proven history of Identify cost reduction opportunities through process improvements, design-for-manufacturability (DFM), and volume leverage.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Finance, backed by 3–5+ years of procurement experience specifically within casting or injection molding environments.
Technical Literacy Deep proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills. If you have experience with Tableau, that is a major plus.
Analytical Rigor Interpretation of large datasets, building complex cost models (TCO/DFM), and converting insights into actionable business plans.
Process Knowledge Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, and supplier quality processes. APICS, ISM, or CPSM certifications are highly valued.
Ownership Mindset You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on initiative and has the interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
