Location: Warsaw

The Procurement Analyst will support global sourcing activities by executing operational procurement tasks and ensuring data accuracy across systems and processes. This role negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts, andlong-termcontracts with suppliers, and prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for goods, services, and supplies. The position supports bothcustomer-relatedbusiness processes and internal purchasing needs.

As part of the Sourcing Operations Shared Services Center, the Procurement Analyst will work closely with the Solenis Global Sourcing team tomaintainsupplier and product data in SAP, generate performance reports, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

This role offers potential career growth into Sourcing (buyer roles) or other areas of the organization, depending on performance,fit, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and outline agreements in SAP.
  • Implementpricing, terms, and contractsforsuppliers to securerequestedconditions.
  • Maintainaccuratesupplier and product information in SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze procurement and performance reports to support sourcing decisions.
  • Support sourcing teams with operational tasks assigned to the Shared Services Center.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensuretimelydeliveryof services
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and sourcing operations.

Required Qualifications

  • SAP experience (musthave) – strong working knowledge of procurement modules (POs, outline agreements, vendor master data).
  • Experience in procurement,purchasingoperations, or sourcing support roles.
  • Handson experience with purchase orders, contracts, and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global,cross-functionalenvironment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
