Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Level 3, Level 4 or Level 5) to join our 787 Engine Management Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington

Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
3+ years of experience with aerospace contracting practices and driving supplier performance improvement efforts
3+ years proven experience leading complex negotiations and cross-functional contracting initiatives
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 9+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
Level 5 14+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
Ability to integrate cross-functionally
Ability to communicate change status and risk to leadership
Pay Range:
Level 3: $74,800 - $101,200
Level 4: $94,350 - $127,650
Level 5: $147,900 - $200,100
