Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join the Functional Excellence Process Compliance team located in Everett, WA.

The BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence Team is looking for a problem-solver who has an eye for detail. Be a part of meaningful change, as we examine and evolve our procurement processes, deploy training content to the Procurement Agent community, and establish organizational compliance measurements. Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of procurement process requirements and company goals.
  • Read and interpret command media documents for understanding and conveying requirements to other Contracts Procurement Agents.
  • Interacts with individuals, organizational representatives, and cross-functional teams in a customer-service oriented role; assisting in level-setting and problem-solving.
  • Defines, designs, plans and executes group and organizational level projects.
  • Supports the development and implementation of organizational strategies to increase knowledge and skill level within the job function.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 1+ years of experience with the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
  • 7+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes

​Summary Pay Range: $118,000 - $160,000
