  • Are looking to develop procurement skills in a supportive team environment?
  • Would enjoy being in an innovative team working with NZ and International ICT suppliers?
  • Are you a great communicator and team player?

The Procurement Advisor role sits within the AoG Services Delivery group in our Digital Services Branch. This role is responsible for delivering quality analysis, reporting and relationship support to Category Managers and the wider Commercial and Supplier Relationships team.

You will also be involved in the development and maintenance of the wider Marketplace eco-system, as we undertake significant system-level procurement transformation. This includes supporting the C3 programme of work, and our pathway towards a future state of centralised procurement.

As a key member of the team the Procurement Advisor will manage digital procurement channel queries as well as supporting supplier application evaluations. This role requires excellent relationship management and communications skills as well as a sound understanding of how procurement operates in a Government environment.

It’s an exciting time to come work on the Marketplace! We’re delivering enhancements to our platform and looking at ways to bring in new channels and services into our procurement process. We also really believe in a workplace culture that’s supportive, collaborative and innovative. If that sounds like you – make sure you get in touch.
