Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support tender project processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records in Procurement SharePoint folders.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and procedures.
• Provide essential administrative support to the procurement team, including documentation and coordination.
• Keep procurement paperwork, records, and deadlines on track with strong organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and value for the company.
• Analyze supplier proposals and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Solve problems proactively as they arise during the procurement process.

Requirements:

• GCE N/O Levels and above with at least 1 year experience in any field, prior exposure to procurement processes is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature thinker with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• 5 days week, Alexandra
• 1 year contract with full benefits & completion bonus
