Title – Procurement

Reports to Plant Manager

Team size – 1-2 employees

Location : Thailand plant

Experience: 8-10 yrs

CTC : 50-70K monthly base THB

Key Responsibilities

• Drive procurement strategy for aroma chemicals, aligned with global Döhler guidelines and business requirements.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities through sourcing strategies, negotiations, and supplier optimization.
• Build and manage reliable and sustainable supply chains, including development of strategic supplier partnerships and platform suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, sustainability developments, and competitor activity to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Develop and execute procurement plans, ensuring continuity of supply, quality, and competitiveness.
• Lead and coach the procurement team on commercial negotiations and contract management to achieve best-in-class agreements.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and information flow across supply chain, quality, R&D, and operations.
• Support process standardization, continuous improvement, and digital procurement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, Code of Conduct, and food safety standards.
• Oversee supplier performance, issue resolution, and complaint management in coordination with quality teams.
• Support budget planning and ensure adherence to approved procurement budgets.
