What you will be doing

The PTP Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team/s under his/ her supervision, ensuring the delivery of services in accordance with the GSSC’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and/ or KPIs with the Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the team under his/ her supervision and its staff are meeting their KPIs/ SLAs. Prepare timely and accurate monthly management and reports related to the performance of the team under supervision. Prepare, review, and discuss business reports for the divisions/ offices supported in accordance with the team’s Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage, motivate and develop the team, which includes regular coaching, performance appraisals, and discussion of staff’s individual development plan.
  • Ensure that the team has a sound resiliency plan, including a working back-up system and complete and updated process documentations.
  • Develop and roll out continuous improvements projects within the processes.
  • Ensure that the internal controls under his/ her supervision are in compliance with IFRS, Stolt Nielsen’s policies and procedures, and/or with the applicable GAAP, and statutory requirements.
  • Build and sustain good relationships with the customers and counterparts.
  • Handle other tasks assigned from time to time. This may include projects related to migrations, improvement or other business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any business-related courses.
  • At least 6 years combined working experience with 4 years relevant experience in particular process area, 2 of which in an SSC setting.

  • Experience in process migration, a plus.

  • Experience in process improvement, PMP/Prince/Six Sigma an advantage.
