
The Procure-to-Pay Senior Advisor partners closely with pharmacy, sourcing, and planning leaders to ensure a reliable, cost‑effective flow of medications into Home Delivery Pharmacies. This role blends strategic thinking, data‑driven insight, and strong collaboration to proactively manage supply risk, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support business outcomes that matter to patients and partners.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in drug sourcing and procure‑to‑pay processes, supporting Home Delivery Pharmacies and assigned business units.
Coordinate and communicate contract, product strategy, and formulary changes to internal partners to ensure alignment and continuity of supply.
Analyze supply risks and disruption events, recommend mitigation strategies, and coordinate required actions with Planning and Purchasing teams.
Lead and participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve sourcing, forecasting, and supply continuity.
Facilitate supplier engagement, including routine meetings and compliance‑related documentation requirements.
Provide clear, timely updates on supply disruptions, utilization trends, and forecasts to management, internal teams, and suppliers.
Perform cost, utilization, and supply disruption analysis to support informed business decisions.
Collaborate with finance and credit memo partners to capture and reconcile costs associated with one‑time buys.
Build strong, productive relationships across internal teams and external suppliers to support long‑term supply stability.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Pharmaceutical Purchasing experience or relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence outcomes in a complex environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience supporting pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated supply chain environments.
Hands‑on experience with tools such as Oracle, MyESI, Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 100,400 - 167,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
