🏢 Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Procore Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Procore software, a solid foundation in construction processes and finance, and a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and grow with our company. Experience with API integrations or a desire to develop skills in that area is highly valued.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an internal Procore specialist to handle onboarding and offboarding, as well as troubleshooting user-related problems and integration-related errors
• Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects
• Assist with updating and creating SOP documentation, setting up and updating training within Talent LMS including updating PowerPoint documents and recorded trainings
• Assign and monitor training within Talent LMS identifying areas of non-compliance
• Field an internal Jira queue to assign tickets to appropriate owners
• Assist with creating Business Requirements Documentation and Timelines to complete larger integration projects

Requirements

💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Procore in a professional setting
• Familiarity with construction project management and financial workflows (budgeting, invoicing, commitments, change orders, etc.)
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn new tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Procore API or similar software platforms
• Exposure to or interest in working with APIs and basic integration concepts (JSON, endpoints, webhooks, etc.)
• Background in construction accounting or finance systems
• Familiarity with Postman is a plus
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
