Deliver process and OTS (Operator Training Simulator) training for commissioning teams on the SCARABEO 5 Project.
Organize, supervise, and monitor all training activities for project staff using OTS and other training tools.
Prepare, update, and manage training documentation and materials.
Ensure the quality of training delivered to operational teams, both from vendors and in-house resources.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and management to ensure training schedules are adhered to.
Report regularly on training progress, attendance, and compliance with project standards.
Ensure all training meets the Client’s and Saipem’s requirements and standards.
Proven experience as a Process Instructor in the Oil & Gas industry (essential).
Significant experience using Operator Training Simulators (OTS) for training (essential).
Fluent in English (required); French is considered an asset.
Operational experience on wellhead platforms, FPSO, or similar plants, technologies, and equipment (required).
Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and interface effectively with teams and vendors.
