We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Settlement Operations - HBAP - SECURITIES SETTLEMENTS.

In this role, you will:

• Assist Manager of Operations in supervising the team’s daily operations.
• Ensure that daily failing trade matters and unmatched reports are followed through to resolution.
• Monitor and follow up on failed trades to achieve high settlement efficiency.
• Investigate discrepancies in trade details with traders, relevant operations teams and counterparties to avoid operation loss.
• Participate in user acceptance tests for new products and system.
• Provide back-up support for other peer groups within Global Processing Team.
• Follow up discrepancies / un-reconciled breaks.
• Participates in systems testing (UAT) whenever required / assigned.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Good judgement and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of operation of Euroclear and BBH system and other custodian platform
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
