Job Description
1. Support Automotive and other customers for spec confirmation, communicate with our team and cowork with customer to confirm project requirement and spec
2. Support Automotive and other customers during development, help communication between customers and our Taiwan/China team, understand customer’s requirement and our development process.
3. Support Automotive and other customers during testing. First line handling the issues, and cowork with our team to fix the issues.
4. Assist our team to promote our Automotive and other products to customers
Requirements
1. Above five years FAE experience in Automotive or consumer business.
2. Excellent coordination and communication skills, clearly information delivery, customer background intention dig out and relationship creation.
3. Technique required to peripheral/multimedia related spec and Linux/Android driver/system software coding experience.
4. Ability to efficiently assist RD discussion with customer.
5. Excellent in English communication ability. With Mandarin capability is plus.
