Job Title: Bencher (Aerospace Component Technician)

Working time: Mon - Fri
Salary: Gross 3K+++
Job Responsibilities:
Disassemble aircraft components for inspection and repair
Inspect parts for wear, corrosion, cracks, and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools
Clean components using approved equipment and maintenance procedures
Repair or replace parts according to Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and OEM specifications
Reassemble components using correct torque settings and assembly techniques
Perform functional testing to ensure components meet required performance standards
Complete maintenance records, inspection reports, and related documentation accurately
Follow aviation quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
Requirements:
Experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance, repair, or precision engineering preferred
Able to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Torque Wrench, etc.)
Able to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, Precision Engineering is an advantage
