In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering integrity of the vehicle registration registers including the Written-Off Vehicle Register, the issuing of Vehicle Identification numbers, detecting and deterring illegal registrations and collaborating with other regulatory and law enforcement agencies to prevent vehicle fraud.
This role will see you monitoring and ensuring compliance of the Written-off Vehicle Register including processing written off vehicle notifications, managing amendments and reversals, responding to telephone inquiries, and investigating and resolving customer and stakeholder issues.
You will navigate the database and use your stakeholder management skills to provide accurate data and timely advice to stakeholders in a high volume environment.

About you
Your strong attention to detail, communication and data entry skills formed across roles where you have been required to process high volume data will see you excel in this role where you will be using your ability to work under pressure and to deliver a fast accurate service to your stakeholders. You're recognised as a customer service professional with the ability to manage competing tasks while always maintaining confidentiality.
You will be able to utilise the skills which you have developed working in a regulatory or compliance related area or knowledge you have acquired while working in an environment where you have gained a strong understanding of processes relating to Vehicle Identification or Written -Off Vehicles.
