Job Description

3rd Shift
Sunday - Thursday 2300 - 0730

The Processing Supervisor will supervise and lead assigned area of the operations section of manufacturing and ensures safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation.
Minimum requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience of musculoskeletal allograft processing, or a minimum of one-year prior team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Work environment and physical activities:
• Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding.
• Some areas of manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.
• Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.
Desired qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist - CTBS certification.
• Knowledge of processing anatomy, sterile techniques and medical terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
• Technical and professional expertise; solving problems analyzing issues and innovation.
• Developing and coaching skills to help others develop to their fullest potential.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
