Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of documents and data entry to maintain accurate records.
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness in all processing tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience as Processing or Documentation Staff in a Recruitment Agency is a MUST.
• Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or processing roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors in documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using office software, including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
