This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Processing Center Advisor to support the administration of childcare-related programs and services. The successful candidate will assist clients by processing applications, assessing eligibility, responding to inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of program services.This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 3 years of customer service, client support, retail, or administrative experience.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience researching documentation, policies, or procedures to resolve client issues.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
• 
  Experience handling confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• 
  Experience in program administration, benefits administration, case management, or eligibility assessment.
• 
  Experience supporting government, public sector, or social benefit programs.
• 
  Previous call center or contact center experience.
• 
  Experience working with multiple software applications and databases simultaneously.
• 
  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and program guidelines accurately.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and client-focused service.
