DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary.
Provides clerical support for the Customer Information Center; answers the telephones, routes calls and records messages; types forms, correspondence and reports; maintains files and processes case records; performs other clerical tasks as assigned. Responsible for filing terminated case records and scanning records into an imaging system.
