We are pleased to announce an opportunity within our Syngenta Biologicals team. We are looking for a PROCESS TECHNOLOGY AND PLANT DESIGN ENGINEERING ASSISTANT for our Global Operations team.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Chemical Industry processes and operations
  • 1/2 years xperience in Chemical/Manufacturing Industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English

What will you be doing?

  • Support the analysis of production bottlenecks, manufacturing costs, and critical points in existing plants
  • Assist in monitoring plant processes for health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Collect and organize production data to support optimization of productivity, quality, safety, and environmental parameters
  • Prepare data and information for Production Coordinators/Managers for periodic reports and budget analysis
  • Support the coordination of production and maintenance planning activities
  • Collaborate with the Global Research department in the development of new products and processes
  • Assist in the compilation of technical documentation: Scope of Work (SOW), Process Books, and Design Engineering documents in collaboration with engineering companies
  • Participate in global industrial projects as a support team member
