We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to drive silicon processes and collaterals for advanced Intel wireless products. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and innovation, collaborating with world-class foundries to deliver next-generation wireless solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Interface with top silicon foundries, bringing silicon technology and collaterals for designing state-of-the-art wireless products.
• Evaluate processes Power-Performance-Area (PPA) for logic, analog and RF.
• Develop methodologies to maximize silicon process utilization and efficiency.
• Design Process Control Monitors (PCM) to extract critical process parameters from silicon.
• Analyze and root-cause yield losses and drive for resolution in the design and silicon process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
• Strong foundation in VLSI design flow and semiconductor fundamentals
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, or TCL)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
Preferred Qualification:
• Advanced degree (MSc) in Electrical Engineering or dual degree in EE + Physics
• Coursework or project experience in: VLSI design, analog circuit design, semiconductor physics, or microelectronics fabrication
• Hands-on experience with VLSI EDA tools and design environments
