Are you an analytical process improvement specialist who thrives on innovation, data, engineering and optimising complex manufacturing processes? Would you like to play a key role in a pioneering project developed by Duynie and its partner Heineken?
At our newly built production facility in Mons, developed in collaboration with Heineken, you will help transform brewer's spent grain into high-quality protein ingredients, supporting a more circular and sustainable food chain.
This is a unique opportunity to join a state-of-the-art production facility and make a real impact from the very beginning. You will help establish, optimise and scale production processes at a brand-new site, ensuring operations are safe, efficient and ready for future growth.
Your mission is to develop, test and improve production processes so that we can manufacture more efficiently, more intelligently and to even higher quality standards. You will ensure our processes remain future-proof, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, process stability and continuous improvement.
As a Process Technologist, you will play a key role in ramping up the innovative protein production facility jointly developed by Duynie and Heineken. You will help establish an advanced production process where proteins are extracted from brewer's spent grain and transformed into valuable food ingredients.
This means pioneering new processes, conducting trials, scaling up operations and ensuring that production processes are robust, safe and efficient from day one.
You will analyse opportunities for process improvement, translate insights into practical solutions and ensure they deliver measurable results. Your work will contribute to improving right-first-time performance, increasing yields, reducing downtime and strengthening overall process reliability.
By doing so, you will help create a smarter, more sustainable and more efficient operation while directly contributing to the growth of our Ingredients business.
