Ready to crush it in gold processing?

Ravenswood Gold is on the hunt for multiple Process Technicians — from green operators to seasoned plant legends — to join the crew keeping gold production pumping. These permanent roles report to the Shift Supervisor and play a key part in the Production Team, helping keep the plant running safely, efficiently, and at full throttle. From crushing and processing ore to monitoring equipment and hitting production targets, no two shifts are the same.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Operating and monitoring crushing, grinding, leach/adsorption, and AARL elution circuits
• Working closely with the production crew to keep the plant running smoothly
• Troubleshooting issues and helping maximise plant performance
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards (because a clean plant is a safe plant)
• Communicating proactively with team members across site
• Striving for quality work and consistent production targets every shift

ABOUT YOU:

• Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a crew
• Has solid literacy, numeracy, and computer skills
• Brings process plant experience — ideally in gold processing
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same
