Job Description

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Split Shift: Friday, Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Sunday, Monday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM. Overtime Required.
  • Set up equipment, trays, and materials for scheduled runs, ensuring correct parameters and part quality.
  • Monitor equipment and perform preventive maintenance (PM).
  • Review production schedules and resolve potential conflicts.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor manufacturing process performance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure tool cleanliness and coordinate tool cleaning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF, customer requirements, and Webasto procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

This is what you bring to us:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge in trouble shooting and processing
  • Knowledge of high-pressure reaction injection molding equipment
  • Basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with processing
    parameters
