What You’ll Be Doing as a Process Technician Lead:
Train, develop and manage technicians to meet business needs
Act as back-up Team Leader as needed
Relieve Production Techs for breaks and lunches
Inspect line set-ups and continuously monitor operations
Troubleshoot & repair machinery using mechanical & electrical skills
Control scrap, reliability and quality through process checks
Work with Team Lead on the performance evaluation process
Drive safety, quality, scrap and reliability action items
Other duties as assigned
What's Required to be a Process Technician Lead?
2 year Technical degree and/or related experience
Minimum of 2 years-experience in similar leadership role
Experience in Plastics manufacturing preferred
Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Strong computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Shifts & Pay: $55k/yr
2nd: 3pm-11pm
3rd: 11pm-7am
