Process Technician - Injection Molding

Experienced Injection Molding Process Technician

Are you the person everyone calls when a molding process starts drifting, parts go out of spec, or a startup isn't running quite right? We're looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

• Start up and optimize injection molding processes
• Verify and maintain validated process parameters
• Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and quality issues using scientific molding principles
• Support mold changeovers and production launches
• Monitor cavity pressure and process performance
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams
• Assist with process improvements, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of injection molding process technician experience
• Strong understanding of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process development
• Experience troubleshooting part quality defects and process variation
• Knowledge of scientific molding concepts preferred
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, validation activities, or regulated manufacturing is a plus
