Where You’ll Make a Difference
Create delivery notes and labels based on filling instruction sheets
Release, print, review, and verify shop floor paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Input changes as needed and prioritize work to meet production timelines
Review live demand in SAP and make informed decisions related to customer and/or affiliate orders
Generate production schedules and release production packets as requested by the production planner
Generate transfer orders for production as needed
Collaborate with Customer Service and Production Planning to align on order requirements
Review and respond to emails in a timely manner
Support shared departmental responsibilities and daily operational reporting
What Makes You the Right Fit
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
How Would You Stand Out?
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
Experience supporting planning, scheduling, or production operations
