We are seeking a Process Technicians for our Battery Pack area who will play a crucial role in the development of our electric motors by utilizing their expertise to optimize, question, and eliminate processes, while continuously improving production efficiency and quality in a challenging and stimulating environment.

What You’ll Do

  • You constantly develop the manufacturing processes and the production equipment further
  • You support the team in diagnosing and solving problems and in implementing optimization measures
  • You develop optimal processes and workflows in the team
  • You support product start-ups and product changes in the development of standard work steps and workflows and are heavily involved in the commissioning of new production equipment
  • You like to bring in new ideas and continuous improvement is in your blood
  • You support Lean Production and 5S activities and tidiness and cleanliness at the workplace are a matter of course for you
  • You organize your daily workflow independently and proactively in cooperation with your team and support the training of new workflows and train employees on them

What You’ll Bring

  • You have completed vocational training in process engineering, mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, electronics or comparable
  • You have experience in large-scale production and with processes and technologies such as industrial camera systems, robotics or casting
  • You ideally have experience in the electronics industry, other industries are also desired
  • You are willing to work shifts
  • You have fluent English and German skills
  • You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Technical Assignment possible
