Job Description

The primary function of a process Technician is machine set up, machine maintenance & machine trouble shooting for the purpose of maintaining device quality and compliance, increasing process output, as well as reducing costs. This role will be a mixture of Days and Evening shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & operating equipment used in the production process to ensure they are functioning correctly & efficiently
  • Trouble shooting & maintenance, identify and resolve issues with equipment or process perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs when needed
  • Quality control, inspect products & process to ensure it meets onsite quality requirements
  • Data collection & reporting, maintain accurate logs & documentation for compliance & analysis
  • EHS compliance, follow all safety protocols onsite and ensure equipment is operated safely. Comply with all site EHS & regulatory standards
  • Training & development, stay up to date with all onsite training requirements & support onboarding/ cross training of new team members
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver to personal, team and site objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis
  • Aptitude for operational processes.
  • Aptitude for Process Improvement and Lean.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Data collection / trending / reporting
  • Teamwork & communication

Education / Licenses / Certifications

  • Minimum Level 6 qualification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or qualified trade person
  • 2+ plus years of experience in a GMP/ other regulated environment.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
