Core Responsibilities
1. Process Planning and Optimization: Develop/optimize production process plans, parameters, and workflows to reduce production costs and improve efficiency and capacity.
2. Process Documentation Management: Prepare/update process cards, SOPs, process flow diagrams, and other documents to ensure consistent on-site technical standards.
3. On-site Process Support: Solve production line process issues, supervise process execution, and correct any non-compliant operations.
4. Process Improvement Implementation: Participate in lean production and cost-efficiency projects, promote the implementation of process improvements, and verify their effectiveness.
5. Quality Process Control: Analyze quality issues in the production process and propose preventive and corrective measures from a process perspective.
6. Technical Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide process operation training to frontline employees and pass on key process skills.
7. Equipment-Process Matching: Work with the equipment department to complete equipment commissioning and upgrades to ensure equipment meets process requirements.
Requirements
Education and Major:
• Associate degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing process technology, familiar with production line operations.
Core Skills:
• Proficient in production process principles, capable of independently developing and optimizing process plans.
• Familiar with basic office tools, such as Excel (for data statistics and analysis).
• Strong on-site problem-solving skills; experience in process improvement projects is a plus.
• Understanding of quality management systems like ISO9001, with basic skills in quality analysis and control.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to work in a shop-floor environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn, open to new process technologies and methods.
