We have an excellent opportunity to join our Vision Care Rx Operations Team as a Process Technician This role supports the timely processing and coordination of customer orders and is a hands-on, all-rounder position within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receive, unpack, and dispatch daily orders
  • Sort incoming work into defined production streams
  • Identify frame styles and trace lens dimensions
  • Match lenses with spectacle frames and manage storage allocation
  • Package completed spectacles and prepare shipments
  • Consolidate orders and prepare consignment documentation
  • Follow established systems and processes to meet customer and company requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the Lab Manager and team to meet production targets and resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with quality management systems and company standards
  • Provide general support across operations as required

Key skills required include:

  • Strong accuracy and efficiency in pick & pack or process-based work
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A reliable, punctual, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn, cross-train, and contribute across different functions
  • Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and customer outcomes
  • A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
