Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Processor to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines and molds to produce high-quality plastic products. This role requires a strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The initial schedule will be 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Candidates should be flexible, as there may be a future transition to 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) based on business needs. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Duties

• Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Assemble finished products and conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Knowledge and Ability to change molds safely.
• Must be able to trouble shoot.
• Must have at least 5 years experience as an Injection Molding Process Tech.
