Implement Continuous Improvement of manufacturing operations with the objective of increasing value and meeting customer requirements with reduced costs and variation.
Actividades básicas del trabajo:
1. Optimización de parámetros de producción para reducir tiempos de ciclo.
2. Implementar condiciones de mejora en todas las operaciones que se realicen en la planta, para buscar optimizar el proceso.
3. Crear y mantener actualizada la documentación técnica requerida en producción.
4. Dar soporte técnico al área de producción.
5. Soportar los cambios en la documentación técnica.
6. Aplicar pruebas con herramientas nuevas.
7. Realizar estudios de costos contra beneficios.
8. Aportar ideas para los procesos de proyectos futuros.
9. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los tiempos en las ordenes de trabajo
10. Realizar estudios de tiempos y movimientos.
11.Participar en proyectos de ahorros anuales con impactos en un conjunto de números de parte.
12. Monitorear el cumplimiento de los mantenimientos autónomos en el área.
13. Participar en la mejora de las 6’s en el área.
14. Monitoreo y análisis de OEE.
15. Realizar caminatas GEMBA.
16. Estructurar 1 propuesta de mejora mensual en área de CNC.
17. Monitorear el seguimiento de proyectos de mejora en piso.
Otras actividades:
Generar por lo menos una propuesta de mejora (Kaizen) de manera mensual.
Reportar los problemas del área de tarjetas rojas para rastreo de las mejoras
Requirements
Requerimientos:
Ingeniero Mecánico/Eléctrico, Químico o Industrial
Inglés básico
1 a 3 años de experiencia en empresas de inyección/extrusión de plástico deseable fibra de vidrio, o en empresas con máquinas de control numérico
Herramientas de resolución de problemas: 8 D`s, 5 Por qués
Habilidades requeridas
