Owner operated mine site
Join a Team That Knows Gold. And Values Those Who Do, Too.
Aurenne is a dynamic, privately-owned family company with a successful background in business. As our flagship venture into the mining industry, we bring a fresh and innovative approach—challenging traditional methods while staying grounded in practical, proven strategies for success.
Our core focus is the safe, efficient recovery and sale of gold. That’s why we’re looking for individuals who bring not just experience, but gold-specific processing knowledge to the table. If you’ve worked in a gold plant and know what it takes to operate safely, think on your feet, and contribute meaningfully to a production team—we want to hear from you.
Why Aurenne?
At Aurenne, flexibility and teamwork are everything. We pride ourselves on a hands-on approach where the owners, leaders, and team members roll up their sleeves and work together. We value smart, cost-effective solutions—but never at the expense of safety or performance.
We’re building a team of people who care. Who take ownership. And who know what gold processing really involves.
The Operation
Our 200+ person camp (with an additional 40 rooms under construction) supports around 190 people on-site at a time. It’s a tight-knit, well-supported environment with all the essentials: comfortable rooms, great food, a gym, and a newly added walking trail. Just a short flight from Perth (via our private airstrip) or a drive from Kalgoorlie, our site is as convenient as it is community-driven.
About the Plant

Established in 2018, The Aurenne Group is a privately owned gold exploration & mining company whose focus is on select gold projects determined to be worthy of Aurenne's time and capital.
Being a relatively new entrant into the Gold Mining Industry, Aurenne is consistently & carefully building both its human and physical resources.
Aurenne has a highly stable financial structure to drive its expansion & endeavours at all times to conduct itself with the highest level of innovation & integrity. The project has entered the construction phase to establish a 1.2 mtpa CIL gold plant by April next year. Mining operations will commence in October this year.
As a company, Aurenne will let the strength of its reputation speak to the quality of its business and Team. Being apart of the ‘Team’ is a key component of the work experience. Accordingly, Aurenne provides it's Team with the tools they need to succeed - whether it be new equipment for new projects, it's own airstrip to facilitate easy site access, or the construction of it's new Forest Cabin Village at Mt. Ida - which is truly second to none.
The Aurenne Group is is now seeking suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic people to join the Team. Aurenne is always conscious of the need to focus on its people as the key to being successful – so we take a different approach. Unlike other companies that focus simply on the 1 day a month they pay their staff, at Aurenne we focus just as much on the other 29 days. With the new Mt. Ida project underway, we are actively seeking those that want to be different. This is the "Aurenne Difference."
