Supports the engineering function for a fabrication area or processing laboratory by performing experiments and tests. Evaluates new processes, products, and/or isolates process problems. May design simple experiments. Implements, collects results, maintains appropriate logs, and provides oral and/or written reports of results. Monitors wafer fabrication, process controls, materials, and supplies. May be required to ensure correct functioning and identify any discrepancies. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. May advise operators and inform engineers regarding processes, procedures, and equipment.

You will be the Process Techncian for the Process Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for supporting the engineering function for fabrication and processing laboratories.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Process Techncian you will be responsible for executing experiments, collecting data, and ensuring process quality.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform experiments and tests to evaluate new processes and products.
• Collect and analyze data, maintain logs, and generate oral or written reports.
• Monitor wafer fabrication, process controls, materials, and supplies.
• Identify discrepancies and advise operators and engineers on procedures.
• Ensure quality compliance using statistical process control methods.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to handle small components and excellent eye/hand coordination

Desired Skills

Integrated Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly (IDDCA) manufacturing and test

• Precision Mechanical Manufacturing and Assembly in Clean Room Environment (Class 100, 1000, 10000)
• Utilization of Sensitive Welding Equipment, Semi Automated Ovens, Wire bonding, Cleaning, High Precision Metrology and Inspections Systems, and Vacuum Equipment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $41000.00 - $76100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
