PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• This is a statement of the continuing end results required of a job. It answers the question “What are the main areas in which this job must get results in order to achieve its Purpose?”
• Between four to eight is a good rule of thumb for jobs with a management element: fewer and you may be rolling 2 or more together, or overlooking important areas; more and you may be listing activities.
• Maintain and ensure the H2 production line operation smoothly during shift period. It includes daily production report, handover punch list for next shift, deal communication with customer with as well ……etc.
• Responsible for internal order for HP&VLSI grade BHY and H2 cylinders.
• Can be shift in 24 hrs operation plant, and alone working ability.
• Share the production management function. For example, spare parts preparation and management, ISO SPOC, Maintenance plan and schedule with PMO …etc all of production activities. However, this is 24 hrs operation of production line required.
• There is emergency plan for production on call role in case.
• Can lead and coach the new employee of basis operation process instruction and practice. To meet the present and future needs of the business growth.
• The new hire operators must be able to accept the job rotation.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate at any times by cycle counting.
• Assistant the high-pressure equipment legal inspection of the local government
• Execute the audit defects improvement from the EH&S and the local government.
• Execute all the QC audit improvement and deal with customer complains products.
• Execute the hydraulic inspection for the retest cylinders.
• Update the production daily report.
• Execute the self-inspection to meet the local government rules.
• Execute the equipment primary maintenance and follow up the annual maintenance plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• This section should be written to give a clear, realistic and specific profile of the actual knowledge, actual skills and actual experience needed to achieve the outputs expected from the job.
• Job Incumbent is expected to have College Degree above in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
• Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 1 year work experience in a similar work environment is preferred, such as in a manufacturing plant.
