Reimagine What’s Possible 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

H2 processes operation (Caloric and APSF scope).

To follow and Meet the production plan.

Well managing to ensure safety, environmental and health in the working area.

Follow up the SAP and scheduling team to ensure the production.

Implement the on-line and product analysis.

Cylinder & Valve inspection.

Assistant Machine and Instrument maintenance.

Instrument calibration (Daily、Monthly、Annual).

Procedure & SOP maintenance.

Follow MI/PM programs and assist to implement the CM tasks.

Assistant the problem cylinder / bundle / trailer treatment

Ensure inventory records are accurate at any times by cycle counting

Assistant the high pressure equipment legal inspection of the local government

Execute the audit defects improvement from the EH&S and the local government

Execute all of the QA audit improvement and deal with customer complains products.

Execute the hydraulic inspection for the retest cylinders (PGG only)

Update the production daily report.

Execute the self-inspection to meet the local government rules.

Execute the equipment primary maintenance and follow up the annual maintenance plan
