Our client is seeking a Process Surveillance Analyst to provide oversight of surveillance frameworks, partner across the organization to drive risk coverage and documentation, and deliver data-driven insights to surveillance leadership.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Provide oversight of surveillance framework ensuring alignment to enterprise-wide Surveillance Policy and Standards
• Partner with leaders across Surveillance organization to drive risk coverage and documentation
• Support Annual Plan refreshes each quarter driving Surveillance planning documentation
• Utilize analytical tools to prepare refresh data by combining multiple data files
• Conduct validations between Coverage Map, Test Universe, and Question Bank in WMS
• Facilitate review of Surveillance gaps with leadership and develop rigor around managing surveillance-related risks
• Collaborate with Surveillance Leaders to prepare data-driven insights and facilitate creation of new tests and test attributes in WMS
• Build User Acceptance criteria and test updates
Requirements
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking with an analytical mindset
• Demonstrated ability to conduct large data set analysis and multi-initiative management
• Experience with WMS (Workflow Management System) or similar surveillance/testing platforms
• Quick ability to learn new tools and systems; Tableau is desired
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with creative problem-solving abilities
