About 366 million people depend on our products, which leads to a great demand on rebuilding and improving our production lines according to the Novo Nordisk Strategy, and we need you on our jour-ney! We are currently looking for a maternity cover from August 2026 and one year forward, who will join our team in Wash & Sterilisation to help us support the production processes and contribute with ideas for improvement.

Your new role
As we grow, we are looking for a new Process Supporter (maternity cover) to join our Wash & Sterilisation Support Team. You'll be responsible for our production processes and help the team prepare for a future with even more batches as we ramp up our production.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Being actively present on the production shop floor to solve upcoming problems, pre-vent issues from occurring, and more importantly, seek opportunities for further im-provements
  • Handling deviations and taking responsibility to ensure ongoing updating of instruc-tions and procedures so they fulfil current GMP requirements and follow established manufacturing procedures
  • Participating in introducing new washing equipment to the production line and training the operators in the right standards
  • Running smaller projects to ensure we reach the proper qualification and validation level
  • Securing optimised performance of the production lines by identifying improvement ini-tiatives, optimisation possibilities and LEAN activities within quality and productivity

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

Within Global Manufacturing & Supply sits Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) in Kalundborg. The factory is a modern, multipurpose facility expected to handle up to 8 different products in total on two production lines. You'll join our Wash & Sterilisation supporting team of 18 specialists who work closely with 38 operators to drive process excellence. We value an open and positive dialogue in our daily work – it's essential to how we support each other and succeed together.

Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a proactive and committed Process Supporter who is passionate about deliv-ering high quality results.

You'll bring with you:

  • Master's degree within chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology or chemical engineering, alternatively you are a newly graduated with relevant educational background
  • Solid understanding or experience from working in a production environment with pro-duction processes and equipment
  • Working proficiency in spoken and written Danish
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to set direction, keep an over-view of progress and prioritise accordingly

It would be considered an advantage if you have:

  • Knowledge of data utilisation in connection with production follow-up
  • Experience with optimisation strategies, validation/qualification, audits/inspections or another discipline within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge about Novo Nordisk business processes
  • Experience with GMP or LEAN
  • Working proficiency in spoken and written English
