Job Description

Mission: Control, supervise and guarantee the correct production of concrete towers, according with the scheduled plan. Follow the quality rules and procedures defined for the manufacturing processes. Check and ensure health and safety rules.

Your Tasks:

• Check that production follows the processes and specifications established in Nordex´s Instructions.
• Identify problems in the production process and establish the necessary corrective measures.
• Manage inventories and coordinate with sub-contractors’ departments to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Timing control of the production process, incidents, and periodic inspections.
• Notify the Quality Manager about the deviations and incidences detected during the processes.
• Monitor and improve quality production by controlling machinery or talking with work-ers or supervisors and share it with Global Team Nordex.
• Supervise the manufacturing outsourcing processes, ensuring that quality work is be-ing done in a safe and efficient way.
• Train and mentor outsourcing´ employees on proper processes and procedures under Nordex instructions.
• Supervise the HSE outsourcing´ team, ensuring that all safety regulations are being followed.
• Work closely with outsourcing´ departments to ensure a smooth operation of the production processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis for process and quality issues. Develop and imple-ment processes control plans.
• Perform regular audits of the production processes that are being done by outsourc-ing´ company.
• Review the checklist of all production processes carried out by the outsourcing team.
• Responsible for updating and forwarding daily reports and informs required and col-laborate with different Global Nordex Team members.

Requirements

• Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete.
• 
  While technical education is beneficial, solid hands‑on experience is equally valued.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge in software and office.
• Machinery, equipment, and software knowledge.
• Capable to work in teams.
• Methodical and analytical skills.
• Resolution of possible technical issues.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in production processes.
• Experience as production supervisor or similar position.

Languages:

• Polish – fluent
• 
  Good English skills will be considered an advantage
